I like PSE. It is a good product, when it works. I paid good money for the 2019 version from the App Store. However, since upgrading to a new M1 Mac, the product is extremely buggy: colour swatches simply don't work; using the Marquee Tool makes the image vanish until released; constant screen flicker etc. So there is no upgrade path - how convenient for Adobe. There is no patch available for download. Only 'solution' - buy full version of PSE 2021 and suck it up. Personally I find the level of customer support is dismal, not to say non-existent.

I'd gladly use again PSE, if Adobe cuts the price to more realistic, and more competitive with GraphicConverter, which I use extensively and exclusively. NOT $100...not $80 and not $50. It was the best, but it is not anymore. I'd pay not more than $30. Like Pixelmator. That's the REALISTIC price.
